inspiration from making a monster, a story you can find on archive of our own. I recommend it, it is absolutely amazing!

the story tells of a young woman by the name of kana, a shy maiden who was born fully human till that lovely day when the barrier was broken, turning every human in to hybrids or full on monsters. mostly all of those who were turned in to monsters were taken to ' special' facilities to find a way to control their magic, while most hybrids didn't really have magic, some had at least some type of ability.

kana was instead affected by the barriers magic, turning her in to a hybrid version of herself and the soul instead. a shy, timid, little mouse. it didn't really affect her too much, mentally that was, but when it comes to self respect kana had no problem making it perfectly clear to everyone she has confidence.
