Your Wings Will Betray You
In a distant future where humanity has abandoned Earth in favor of colonizing the entire universe, the dangerous job of piloting ships has been delegated to androids. When one of those pilots goes on a murderous rampage, it's set to be decommissioned by the Magnus-Barlowe corporation. Unfortunately, this AI is self-aware, and the engineer is an idiot. A scientist staging a prison break steals both a ship and the android to be its pilot, hoping to escape the claws of capitalism. An opportunity to do just that is presented when the mismatched crew is presented with a task: rescue the kidnapped daughter of a black-market salesman and be granted safe passage to a planet without a single MBC colony to bother them. Even though making deals with thieves is generally regarded as a bad idea, there doesn't really seem to be a choice for these wayward souls. With a crew made up of human and synthetic criminals, getting one measly kid from a space station full of scientists can't be too hard. Right? on hiatus

A hypothetical turned episodic. During a generic zombie apocalypse, traveling the generic wastelands, avoiding generic raiders, nothing could be ever more NORMAL. At least until Al found a tiny toy. After some tinkering it became a suddenly very loud and happy sentient AI, who is more than happy to aid Al in every one of his pursuits. So long as they pertain to wires and soldering boards. Imagine playtime co. running on nuclear.. And it goes boom. Oh! And there's another competitor too.. A special little bioweapon doing, to put it simply, some tomfoolery~.. DISCLAIMER: It'll get quite deep and serious into mental wellbeing and mental health in general + a few descriptions of bodily harm and injuries so any sensitive readers be advised. This one revolves around Bubba a little more cuz I noticed how neglected the poor guy is so giving him a villain arc would sound absolutely gas. Of course everyone will get screen time but in general just saying I'm making a pinpoint in this one. HEADCANNONS (gonna keep it simple): Narrator - God. Catnap: 6'0", gay Dogday: 5'10", gay Bubba: 6'0", straight Hoppy: 5'7", straight Kickin: 6'2", straight Piggy: 5'9", straight Crafty: 5'5", straight Bobby: 5'6", straight Writing fixations: Bold = thinking / screaming Sideways = explanation of surrounding / activity Underline = serious / manipulative tone -the fixiations here are quite inconsistent, you'll figure it out once you read on.
