Beside my OC's and their storylines, most of the characters, settings and songs belong to Illumination and Universal. (The song lyrics used in this also belong to their respective owners).

They are from two different worlds. One is a stage technician from Calatonia with a troubled past. The other an wealthy, yet lonely girl looking for some love from Redshore City. Despite their backgrounds, the two would ultimately share a bond they would never want to lose. 

In this debut story by TheWriter1322, we follow these two star crossed lovers as they together learn how to deal with inner demons and problems and how they learn to persevere and move on.

At seventeen, the lunch money stopped and the hateful glares started. Then the angry words. Everything he did was wrong. The dishes weren't clean. The laundry wasn't folded right. By the time he finally graduated, a few days after his nineteenth birthday, there was no more attention of any sort. They ignored him, except to tell him that his chores weren't done well enough and that he didn't deserve to eat until they were. A.J., desperate for some sort of attention, and honestly starving, tried one last thing to get them to at least show so semblance of caring, even if it was negative. He told them that he was gay.
