I hear the thud of rain pouring on the sidewalk, and echoing off the brick walls. Taking a walk I turn the corner of a building. As I walk on the street I think about what India (my friend) said to me. I just don't understand why she didn't want me to come to her house. I mean, sure it's kinda dark and rainy, but it's not like I haven't been out in the rain before, and darkness hasn't hurt anyone. I don't think she likes me. Whenever I ask her if she wants to hang out, she just says she's busy. I mean, if she didn't wanna be friends why did she ask to be friends? I tried to get that out of my mind for the meantime.I was walking by this big red house and I noticed something very odd about the house. I stop and glance, making sure that no cars are coming. Then make my way across the street and over to the house to examine what I thought I saw a little closer. I was right; it was a family, and a fire in the fire place. it was the perfect scene, but something was off about it. the family, their faces, everything! it was all distorted in a strange way. I don't know how to explain it. I feel a tap on my shoulder and turn around. its India."What?! Sorry you startled me. what are you doing?"I ask."come on,"she neglects to answer my question," let’s get out of here."she sounds too calm to be facing this distorted image."Don't you see this?I said"see what? It's just an empty lot!"India said"What! You don't see the house, the family?"...

Show Me

"This world, it isn't like yours. It's more dangerous, but it has things that you would have never dreamed of." "Will you show me?" "I've wanted to show you since I first saw you, but you looked right through me." he chuckled. I gave him a playful shove. "That's not my fault." --------- Cally has lived a fairly normal, happy, oblivious life. She goes to school, has a best friend, and lives in a normal house on the corner of the street. Her friends become concerned for her when she starts spacing out more and more and random times, and becomes completely unresponsive to the outside world. No one guesses that she can't communicate because she's not in her body. Cally is in a different dimension, with a boy known as "The Puller" who pulls things from Earth and adds them to his own world. To people on Earth, it just looks as if Cally is zoned out. But she isn't just lost in the clouds.
