I don't know why you government bunch want me to keep a log of the stuff I do over here in New Vegas, but here it is. My name is Sheriff Ellis Alexander and I've been assigned to New Vegas to take out a warlord called "The Phoenix."   It's 7:19 pm, I arrived around 5, and it's 5800 degrees and sunny here. I'm doing fine except for the fact that if you set me on fire right now, I wouldn't notice the difference. Seriously, fuck you guys.

I'd say the story has both, but more of the former, which I think is ultimately better than if it was the other way around. I don't claim to be the best, or even good, at storytelling, and there are definitely a couple issues I have in my story, but people have been telling me they really like this story.
