A seventeen year old girl who is an orphan. She was taken there when her mother had no other choice but to give her up.

Sterling lives a tough life with the other orphanage children. They steal, lie, and fight, all in the name of surviving.

She has been thrown into the face of danger all through out her life, and no one will stop her from getting what she wants.

To live a life beyond the walls of the kingdom to be free of the twisted legislation.

But what happens when she meets a handsome man that she never thought she would see again.
