The Twenty Year Gap

20 years ago Eric Crassus was at 19 the most powerful member of the councils, the organization that oversees three supernatural races, the vampires, the werewolves and the witches. The councils lead by Eric's grandfather had been hit with grief at Eric's death 20 years ago at the hand of the American CIA. with eric's death his mate isaac became a man bent on revenge with no morals becoming a reaper for the Angels Of Death and Life, (essentially he was given an unrestricted licensed to kill) as the most feared entity for the most respected and skilled military group in the supernatural world. Eric's family the Crassus family is the world's oldest and richest and can get away with almost anything, but when the child of the council's most powerful general (Julian) dies at 19 instead of over five thousand years old (or try never) the family gets mad, mad enough to burn down DC. The American Government headed by the man who as the CIA director who ordered Eric execution gets mad enough to have eric's stepmother kidnapped along with her infant and send his five year old half brother running to safety in ireland. the crassus family patience goes out the window with the abduction as does the secret that eric is alive and working for the CIA as a mercenary assassin and spy as he resurfaces in Ireland finding his brother and finding Isaac along the way as Isaac tries to convince Eric to return to his family not knowing the reason he worked for the CIA was to keep them from successfully killing the entire Crassus family.
