Fairytales have always been a big part of my life. I used to have one read to me by my mom when I was younger. I always wanted to be the princess who got everything. This was not how my life went. My family struggled to keep food on the table so at the age of twelve I got a job working on someone's farm. From that moment on I have always worked hard for what I wanted. I was no princess but a hard working girl. From the moment I began my senior year of high school I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I wanted to be a pilot for the Navy.
