She learns friendship, love, and the savory sweet taste of blood. The hunters become the hunted, and Sang finds herself the obsession of an evil vampire who wants to claim her as his.
Beware, there is a happy ending, but villains can have happy endings too.

Your prospects are limited when you don't exist, but Sang Sorenson has been getting by as a cashier in a grocery store after dropping out of high school.
