From the outside, he appears stern and observant - nothing like how his siblings, or at least Wakko, remember him to be. But in reality, Acmendelle's new king constantly struggles with the ice powers that have grown beyond his control - as well as the consistent fear in his heart that makes them literally spike, He can only keep such a powerful force hidden for so long.
