Alexandra Jue (AJ, for short) Hasegawa was a talented dancer, amazing flexible and with stunning technique. Her duets with her best friend Xia were unbeatable. But in the fall of her sophomore year of high school, she began to get sick. She was pale, scrawny, and constantly exhausted. Eventually, she would be diagnosed with a rare blood disorder that would flip her world upside-down.
