Kokushibo, or more accurately, Michikatsu, has become the successor/child of Steve Rogers. How you may ask? I don't know. No one does. But legend says, "Once every Eternity, someone who has committed many sins in there life, and are now in Hell will be reborn, and given a new chance." Blessed by the stars, Kokushibo is given another chance at life as Michikatsu Rogers, or perhaps... Michael Rogers?
