I never really 'understood' you. I mean, I did, there's just something.. something missing. But, nevertheless, it's been a while; I didn't expect this. Not at all.
I'm Killua Zoldyck, age 18, heir to the Zoldyck family & I'm currently headed to York New again for college. When my family gave me this offer, I immediately accepted it. I don't really care about whether or not everyone views me as a douche.
Recently, I met a familiar face; Gon Freecss, age 18, & he's from the country side; moved to York New for college. I could stare at him & those eyes forever. I can't let him know that, obviously. He's kind of an idiot. I feel like I'm losing my mind again.. but.. it's different. It feels different this time.
There's just something other than that. Something wrong. Something weird. Something.. very, very wrong.
If you are sensitive to topics such as depression, trauma, PTSD, abuse, manipulation, abandonment, murder, sickness, death, smut? etc. I don't suggest reading this story. It will have lots of fluff, but I will be adding.. a fair amount of angst. It's also my first story & I'll update as quickly as I can, possibly every week ^^
(Art is not mine! Credit goes to where it's due. I might use my art in the future, but I am not yet comfortable using it.)
"You're different from what I expected," she said softly.
"How so?" he asked, glancing at her.
"I don't know," she replied, searching for the right words. "You just... have this way of making people feel like they matter. Even here, in this... nightmare."
He was quiet for a moment before responding. "You matter, Y/n. Don't forget that."
OR
Y/n wakes up in the deadly Squid Game, surrounded by strangers and fighting to survive. What she doesn't know is that the mysterious Frontman is watching her every move through the cameras- and she's caught his attention.
