A young girl watches the gruesome death of her mother at the hands of her father. At the Police station a cat like creature appears before her offering powers at the cost of a wish and when she wakes up the next morning she is gifted with a powerful notebook. 

She soon has to flee her birth place and ends up in a unique city with a killer on the loose that no one has seen and the kills are on criminals by heart attacks.
