This is my autobiographical memoirs: Born in China, I grew up in the Chinese ghetto of Saigon, a back water community of the world. This is the story of how I was educated and gradually grew to realize that there was a wide world outside, learned to love writing, found a chance to go to college in Taiwan, discovered a way to come to America, got a graduate education in journalism here, built a career, grew a family and finally enjoying my retirement while continued to learn now things .
