Hello, I'm Kathrine Dawn Smoak. I go by Kat, Kate, Kit mostly Katie. I'm a metahuman. I love surfing, the beach is my life. I visited the Atlantic Ocean when I was 18 and went scuba diving, there was a toxic oil spill near where I was, as I was swimming I got attacked by an electric eel. Her emotions hit, and she temporarily slowed down time in order for her to make a five mile walk in under three minutes. Call it, un-super speed if you'd like. She was confused. She had no clue how that happened, but she had to find how. Now, she was extremely smart. She did research. Then she saw many reports on the news about this man called "The Streak". She thought it was... Odd. The whole concept of superheroes and super humans. It was to unreal and childish for her. She didn't like the title 'superhero'. Until one night, the masked man, whose name has been recently changed to "The Flash", showed up on one of her missions. But ever since then her life hasn't been close to the same.
