After the incident with Wojira, Kalmaar remains ruler of Merlopia, he's given up on sea serpents and now strives to find a Queen to help him rule his kingdom. The ninja decide to take a small ride on the hydro bounty with their new friend Whaley, and try to get in contact with Nya, but before they could do so, their vessel is shot down once again by some maray guards, they are then taken to Merlopia and have to deal with Kalmaar once more. Their friend Whaley seemed to have caught Kalmaars eye once they were taken to the palace.. What will he do with her when the ninja realize they had forgotten someone after their escape?

Jay and Nya are just in a park enjoying their picnic together as a lovely couple until they get attack by some bad guys that are all wearing black. They're attacking Nya and Jay and there fighting them back. One of them were gonna shoot Nya in her back and then Jay sees this so he runs and pushes Nya out of the way and Jay gets shot and dies....
