The Legacies

In "The Legacies," the story picks up 30 years after the classic fairy tales we all know. After their epic battles and legendary endings, the villains were exiled to a remote, enchanted island prison, where they were condemned to spend eternity for their crimes.

Years have passed, and the children of these Heroes and Heroines have grown up hearing the tales of their parents' victories. However, now as they come of age, they begin to question the harshness of the eternal punishment imposed on these children, who have lived in exile for crimes they never committed. Believing in the power of redemption and unity, these young heirs seek to heal old wounds by offering a chance for reconciliation.

While the villain kids, known as the "VKs," initially plan to free their home, they begin to question everything they know and the notion that they must be their parents' evil shadows. Throughout the series, the VKs struggle with their identities, the expectations placed on them by both their parents and the people of Auradon, and the choice between good and evil.
