Son of Circe

Ben, Son of the Goddess Circe (otherwise known as the first witch), has always been a little different than the other demigods at Camp Halfblood. For one, he has spent his entire life at the camp and has a close relationship with his Goddess Mother, never even meeting his human father, unlike the other campers. And throughout the years he has picked up on his mother's gift of witchcraft. Maybe it's that his contact with the modern world has been limited? Or maybe it is the curse that was placed on him by his mother at birth, that bars him from involvement in any of the camps games.

After the Battle of New York, Ben is looking for answers. As his powers grow, how long will he be able to contain them to keep everyone at the camp safe? How long until his powers are no longer safe for even him?

(p.s. Some plotlines from both the original Percy Jackson series, and the HoO have been slightly altered so the Fic makes sense. So let's assume that Circe's Island didn't blow up, and Circe was not as big of a villain as she was in the og series.)
