One of the favourite lessons reading books has taught me is that you're never alone, not alteast in thoughts and words. There are others who think like you, feel like you and react like you. It's like that sometimes, our unspoken thoughts are the bridges that connect us, even though we might be miles apart. And so, I've written them down in the hope that there are many out there in this world who would be willing to walk these bridges leading to me-the real, raw and unhidden self I am- my heart and mind and soul. And I really want to walk over to your side and feel what you are like. You are the one to decide whether you want to build 'em or not... ----------------- Cover by me! All the emotions a person can have when you're feeling left alone by those who were closest to you, promised to never leave you. The Dreams Sometimes quicks in of all the Hurt that you're going through, Having scenarios where you're having a conversation to yourself, asking questions to those that ignored you, that left you. Anger which on a daily basis frustrates you. When on other days you would have a dream of a glimpse of a weird feeling you probably never felt before, love. You want to heal because you felt a spark of love, you felt a change of feelings, of emotions. Not the fake love that people show to you almost everyday in your life, but to someone in that dream that made you feel really special, made you smile. Even when you're feeling happy, you're still going to have reminders of the Hurt when you went through your pain. This is a collection of poems and pieces of writing. That I have written over the last 2 years of my life. I've never been one to actually live. To take the risk. A lot of the things I have written are about things that have happened in my head. Or random thoughts that have popped into my head that I was able to make more of. I've never known how to say the words aloud. Even if i did I never had the confidence to so. So I would write. I hope you enjoy and are able to feel something.
