What should have been a fun day turned into a haunting memory for those who were there on the day of the first disappearance. 15-year-old Mihael Patel will never forget that day and his hatred for Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex sparked.

2 years later, Mihael, now 17 years old, begrudgingly agrees to let his sister, 12-year-old Lisa Patel, have her birthday be celebrated at the Pizzaplex. As the days progress, he comes face-to-face with one of the animatronics, sparking a friendship between the two.

However, things take a deadly and frightening turn when his sister suddenly goes missing. Not wanting to wait until morning, Mihael sneaks into the Pizzaplex to find her. Little does he know, a terrifying evil stalks the halls of the Pizzaplex, one that will push him to his limits and force him to make unpleasant choices.
