She had fallen. Fallen to the ground with her betrayed heart. Hera Maureen Guevara had always believed that Gabriel would be back in her arms again, after six long years. She has waited so long that she finds it hard to believe that he will be back in her arms again. But then, in just a night of laughter, her heartbeat doubled its pace for an unknown reason. She clutched it and drank her glass of vodka in hopes of calming it down. "Stupid heart, why are you beating like this?" She asked herself, perplexedly. But it was as if fate was by her side when the moment she raised her eyes and landed on the man across the room. She stiffened. She couldn't believe what she saw that night! It was him! It was no other than Gabriel Ramirez drinking his glass of whiskey! She was so happy! She was so glad that she finally saw him after years and years of yearning for him. But when her eyes fell on the woman sitting right in his lap, she felt like her world collapsed right in front of her. She felt so betrayed. After years and years of finding him, iyon lang ang bubungad sa kanya? How in the world did he manage to find someone new while there she was, doing everything she could just so she could find him! Tears filled her eyes as she dropped her eyes on her hand. How ironic that she found him on the exact day the shit happened. She drowned herself with alcohol while watching them with blurry eyes, with her heart-shattering. Now that Gabriel is back, will they be able to revive their relationship again? Will they finally be able to have their happy ever after? Maybe yes or maybe not? Probably. Note: Please read Maybe, Probably 1 first before reading this!!! Started: August 3, 2021 Status: On-going

That Summer Rain We Didn't Expect (Luna Vista Series #1)

17 parts Ongoing

In the quiet town of Luna Vista, there's an old saying: when it rains during summer, something unforgettable is bound to happen-whether it's beautiful or not. In a cozy coffee shop where the rain always seemed to follow them, something quietly bloomed. It grew with the scent of old books and warm drinks. Like summer itself, brief yet unforgettable, some moments are not meant to be planned but only felt. What began as ordinary days slowly turned into something they never expected. When unexpected rain started to fall, so did things they never prepared for: glances that linger too long, feelings left unspoken, and memories that would never fade. Airielle has always been afraid of being alone, not because she doesn't enjoy the silence, but because of the weight that comes with it. Growing up with wounds she never fully spoke about, she learned to keep her walls high and her heart guarded. But what happens when, during one unexpected summer rain, she's forced to let go of everything she tried so hard to hold on to? Including him. Will she find the courage to face the storm inside her? Or will she have to forget that summer rain they didn't expect just to finally begin healing? Because sometimes, it's the unexpected rain that leaves the deepest mark.
