Once upon a time, in the medieval city of Ekron, in the northern continent of Norvien, lived the mighty, powerful, and rich King Rowan and Queen Maelyn. They lived in a towering castle of marble and gold, attended beautiful balls, and--Oh, wait; this story isn't about them, is it?

It's about Kallum, of course. Kallum Rovierre, once the son of a wealthy noble who went rogue and dumped all his inheritance on an estate in southern Norvien to form a guild of rough, brutal, twisted mercenaries. That's way more interesting than a pompous king, isn't it?

But stealing jewels, assassinating lords, and rescuing damsels in distress is only part of the fun. Join Kallum and his two companions, Evander Lance--former heir of Cornagin Abbey--and Ansel Gunnhild--once sweet-smiling member of the queen's courtier--as they wreak havoc, fling themselves into impossibly challenging quests, and battle across all of Norvien and beyond.
