Bench trio's backstories for context:

-Tommy's living in his apartment, but is not friends with Ran yet. And his mom is a widow since Tom's dad died when he was younger. He's been racing for about a year, but never won much until he got a new car.

-Ran is still living with his parents, trying to move somewhere to get his own place, but still be close. He's not home much, but when he is he cherishes the time he has with them because he knows his dad doesn't have much longer. He's been racing for about 2 months, but always raced go karts and won a lot as a kid, so he's still really good.

-Tubbo has his own place in Brighton, and his parents still live in his hometown. He's still in contact with them, and his mom calls him every few days. He's been a flagman for 4 years, has been all over the UK for that reason, and now only does it for local races, mainly with Tommy and Ranboo. He practiced waving flags when he was little, so now its the easiest thing for him to do.
