After being kidnapped and sent to a secretive facility in Arizona, where all the inmates are children, a young boy named Luke hatches a plan to break out with the help of other children being held prisoner. However, their enemies are hot on their heels and unexpected and uneasy alliances are formed as they try to escape. Along the way, they encounter a girl who was thought to be dead, but has returned with mysterious powers, powers that seemingly every kid at the facility has. Can Luke and the other children break free or will they meet their demise in their attempt?
