Before he was washed ashore in Inazuma, and was taken in by the Kamisatos, Thoma lived a carefree, and happy life in Mondstadt as a child. He gave up everything, when he left the city of his birth to find his missing father, who went back to his homeland.  
After the Sakaku Decree was abolished, a heartbroken Thoma returned home, where he met with his childhood crush, the mysterious Diluc Ravingandr, the uncrowned king of Mondstadt.  Will their love rekindle? Will Diluc be able to protect Thoma from the powerful enemies he made in Inazuma?
