Anneliese Marlen, a senior in high school, has been plagued by misery and loneliness since middle school. Ezra Lotte, the new transfer student in Anneliese's class, garners quite the attention due to his enigmatic, yet charming personality. Moved back into town after years and living by himself, he doesn't seem to strike any peculiarity.
