(This is technically a prequel to the HawkXMark trilogy) This is a lost story. It's what happened before the Darkiplier you are used to tried to take over Mark.  This answers questions and raises new ones. Neither Hawk or Mark remember this completely, if at all. Memories were found and compiled into this story. Usually Hawk edits what she allows to be in the Archives, but this is very unedited content.

After receiving an invite to Poker Night, you head to Markiplier Manor for a night of fun and reuniting with old friends as well as making new ones. However, things take an unexpected twist once morning comes. You, along with all your friends, are thrust into a race against the clock to solve this murder mystery before the killer strikes again. Nobody is safe, and nobody can be trusted. [This story will start by following the Who Killed Markiplier? storyline, but will eventually stray until most of it is different and new. I am writing this because I have fallen in love with literally every character and I need a fanfic but there aren't any lengthy ones out yet, so here I am. You are one of Mark's friends, and you love to help him no matter what. After getting invited to join in on his new skit (Who Killed Markiplier?), you notice that Mark isn't himself as he always is. While trying to help him out, you find a book called The Dark Book. The book gets you curious about what it's supposed to be about, but that's until Mark tells you to stay away from it. After fighting with him, you open the book and everything changes. While inside the book, you meet a strange figure that looks like Mark; except his name happens to be, Dark. After your meet up with Dark, you go through all the stories that represent him, and you actually enjoy it better than the real world. But all isn't as what it seems. What you don't know is that Dark is trying to force you to stay in the book forever, and be with him for the rest of your life. With a lot of challenges and stories to face, you try to think of a way to get out of the book, and back home to Mark and the others. Can you do it? Will you be able to escape Dark before it's too late? * This book is a recreation of The Beauty and the Beast: Lost in a Book story. And it has a hint of Who Killed Markiplier & Damien in the story.

(This was written when I was younger, and I no longer ship Mark and Jack since they are real people. I am leaving this book up for now since the story is focused on Anti and Dark who are fictional characters.) Markiplier and Jacksepticeye recently married are moving in together. Woohoo Septiplier away!!! But recently their alternate selves have become separate from them giving their alternate selves their own bodies. Dark and Anti can't live on their own so they have to live with Mark and Jack so the 4 all live in the same house. Let's see how Dark and Anti get along shall we!

(This was my first fanfic and slowly turned from my original idea (the oneshot) into this mashup of the one shot and Hawk Meets Mark.)This fanfic is about how Markiplier defeats the alter egos, mainly Darkiplier and Demonplier.
