Natasha Volturi's life was anything but happy. Born just before the end of WW1 and lived through WW2 and the Holocaust. After everything she ended her own life, only to be saved from the most feared vampire coven in the world. For the first time in awhile she finally feels loved. Years later the Volturi allow her to go out on her own. While traveling through Forks, Washington she meets the Olympic Coven. That's where she meets her mate, or so she thought. But he chose HER, his BLOODSINGER over his true mate.

Feeling betrayed and heartbroken she flees, deciding to travel around the world. Along her journey she meets a Coven who resides in England. They quickly become like family. But when the Olympic Coven decided to plot against the Volturi hoping to end their reign. Natasha helps the Volturi, hoping to protect her family. Little did she know that decision would cause her to end up in a whole new world...

I loved him but it was dangerous for me because mermaids can only love once. If my heart breaks it will turn to stone and stop beating, it will grow old and cold and it will stop and never start again. My body will live but it would be a shell of a mer. One day Legolas had come to see me by the river, he told me about a young she-elf named Tauriel. He told me about how he had feelings for her and how amazing she was. My heart hurt at those words. He had fallen for another. That day I told him I loved him and that I would never forget him. Then I grabbed his face with my hands and kissed him. When I kissed him a tear slid down my cheek, when it hit the ground it turned into a white pearl. I kissed him because I loved him but when I kissed him I took away every memory of him and myself. I let go and put my necklace around his neck. It was a green stone with markings on it. We called it our hearts we would give it to the ones we love. I looked at him one last time before jumping back into the water leaving the one I love.
