Hello, this is an alternative ending to my previous story (Ask Me If I Am Fine), so I would recommend reading that first so this story will make more sense, but it is still fine to read this as a standalone!

Life went on after the Battle of Hogwarts. Gryffindors married Gryffindors and Slytherins stayed with Slytherins. Everyone mostly tried to forget the painful past, but the past simply refuses to be buried. For Harry Potter and Hermione Granger, it becomes increasingly difficult to not think the questions of "what would happen if I figured out Pansy Parkinson and Draco Malfoy's plan earlier? Would the future be very different from now? Would I like that version of the future better?" It was all idle imagination until the two are offered a chance to go back to their sixth year at Hogwarts. They took it, so what's next?
