Both inclosed, with no way to reach anyone as they moved between floors. She hopes everything will go smoothly, but would have never guessed what was going to happen in that elevator.

Like how to feed them, how to keep them from bothering the neighbors with haunting shenanigans, and, how suddenly she's getting more and more visits from local police.
