Stranger Things Post Season 4 / Steddie Steve has been ignoring his own problems, he's been busy. They've all been busy, preoccupied with fixing everything that was broken. Vecna has been defeated, but the Upside Down is still there, and the gates are not completely closed even though Hawkins has almost returned to normal. It's been a couple of months and the aftereffects of Steve's encounter with the demobats is about to come back to bite him. However, it also brings some unexpected hope.

Dustin and Max lose their mothers to Vecna at 14, Steve is only 18 but he takes them in and adopts them, since his parent's don't come around anymore after he turned 16 they live with him. Billy was able to survive but went into a coma and two years later wakes up, he went into a coma when Max was 12/13 and now she's 14/15 but his father left and Steve had taken her in. As time goes on Steve and Billy get closer till they finally get together near the age of 19 and become a happy family.

When Eleven Hopper and Will Byers move back to Hawkins after two year, they assume it would be like they never left. That is until they get sucked into a spiral of chaos with the party and three others who became friends with them along the way. Hawkins once again depends on them all but this time it's different.
