In his late twenties, Jack's life took a dramatic turn when he was framed for a crime he didn't commit and ended up in the crosshairs of the Tri-City Police Department. Forced to go undercover, he became the legendary figure known as "Fate." His adventures led him through the treacherous world of street racing, uncovering a web of deceit and corruption that reached the highest levels of power.
