Up until now, CJ's life had been full of heartbreak and misery. The only thing that's kept her sane was her best friend and her little sister. after almost loosing both of them, she tries to kill herself. But what happened right before she blacked out opened up a whole new world to her.

The reason
Reegan, a 16 year old girl is struggling to deal with a mother who turned abusive shortly after her younger brother, Ben, died from leukaemia. Her dad walked out on them and she never really knew her grandparents, let alone how to contact them. At school, she is picked on because of the clothes she wears to cover the bruises. Like her long dead brother, his name is also Ben, causing her to wonder if Guardian Angels really do exist. This is a story about a girl traveling through her teenage year trying to navigate her way and make good choices. This is a story that will follow her in the many years she'll have to come of her adolescence. Not every story has a happy ending they say, but if it isn't happy, then that's not the ending.
