In a world where a person's silence is often taken advantage of and kids with disabilities get bullied, 16year old Lawal Hadiza is forced to live amidst all these.
Faced with the inability to utter words properly, Lawal becomes a elective mute, which gains the attention of lots of bullies. And to her, it's fine.
Her tolerance gets put to the test when she's forced to work on school works with Conrad Ogbonna, a major bully of hers who just so happened to be the son of a family friend, giving her no choice but to bond with him.
