The fourth great ninja war ended. But the survivors couldn't even bring themselves to open their eyes and embrace their victory.

There weren't many survivors. I mean, there are only four survivors.

What hurts the four most is the death of the one man who they consider as their father figure, their sensei, their captain and most of all, their friend.

And when they were given a chance to go back in time and save that man, they said 'YES' without any ounce of hesitation.
