he was dead and he knew it, but he wasn't ready to die yet.
there was a voice in the back of his head, asking him if he was ready to die, saying it wasn't his time. offering him a second chance.

This is heavily inspired off the Transformers: Decepticons game from the Nintendo DS. Have fun reading this little side project that gave me a lotta nostalgia vibes. Don't forget to vote and comment on what you think! A mere protoform amongst the Decepticon ranks were always the least threatening. Making them the lowest ranking in the Decepticon army. And when he sees a human femme come in, his first thought was to transform and kill her. But when he took a good look at her, she looked beautiful. After the failed attempt at obtaining the All Spark and the fall of Megatron, Barricade is having second thoughts on being part of Starscream's revenge plot. Unfortunately, insubordination does not end well for most Decepticons. Beaten, bleeding out and nearly in statis, Barricade accepts the fact that he might die in a junkyard. Dorothy Haven didn't know if her chief hated her or seemed to think she would want to give up her old police cruiser for a new one.
