"this summer is going to be different, i just know it" French culture was always a big part of the Chevalier family. Wren Chevalier, being half French and an aspiring artist, especially loved it. When she got the opportunity to travel to the city of Bordeaux, France for the summer, she couldn't decline. However, with all the drama and craziness that happens before the commute, she isn't sure she can pull it off. Being away from her best friend Emmy and her family was something she wasn't used to. She ends up meeting many new friends and getting close to a certain French boy named, Henri. Follow Wren as she goes through France on a once in a lifetime trip.

With a boy she gradually realises she's in love with, and newfound friends in unexpected places, can Kate set out to save those she loves and more? Or will her decisions render the lives of not only thousands, but her own?
