Lincoln Ricci has never known her father. The most present he's been in her life was in bitter sentences her mother muttered to herself. It's always been "Your father this" and "Your father that". And now for the first time in Lincoln's life, the sentence goes like this:
"You're going to spend a summer with your father."
And just like that, Lincoln is shipped off to Sundyville and shoved into the life of her eccentric absent father, which includes his private investigation company. But before she knows it, he's disappeared in the line of work and it's up to her to find him with the help of the friendly neighborhood psychic and his odd receptionist.
It's going to be quite the summer of father-daughter bonding.
