Naruto woke up in a cold sweat. Only a second ago, he was fighting his fated enemy, Sasuke Uchiha. Or, at least that was what he knew he remembered.
Birds chirped.
Kids were running after one another and playing happily.
The trees bustled and the breeze blew easy.
This was Konohagakure, but not the Konohagakure that Naruto remembered fighting for only a couple of minutes ago. This was the Hidden Leaf back in the past when everything first started.
Was this his chance?
Was this the young blond's chance to prevent the devastating fate that was laid out for his home?
Or was it just history repeating itself?
Whatever it was... Naruto was determined to remake it all.
