Gone Is The Tamarind Tree

Ninad Sequiera boards the college bus as usual, but when he exits the bus, he finds that the college is not as it's seems. In fact, the entire world seems..... Off.

The world around him has become a deteriorating reflection of reality, as his college is built up entirely of fuzzy snapshots and broken memories, and a fractured Sun imposes decay upon the land.

What's worse - the only person he recognises to be real, is the ever-elusive Nerida, and he just can't seem to catch up to her. And the only thing that seems to truly physically exist is the lone Tamarind tree in the college campus. Where is he? And why is Nerida the only person here? Why is the sun breaking apart? And what is the purpose of the tree?
