I heard a loud bang then glass shatter and jumped. I froze holding my breath. Loud foot steps walked quickly up the stairs and my father threw open my door.
"YOU LITTLE PICE OF SHIT! YOU RUIEND MY DANM LIFE!" He was drunk "YOU UGLY SLUT" he slapped me so hard I fell back and hit my mirror causing it to shatter. Blood and pain was all I thought before everything went black

As I see my mom walk out the door I look at my dad smiling at me. The way he smiled at me made realize how afraid he was. I glance at him and give him a fake smile before he comes up to me and gives me a hug. The warmth of his body was reassuring but I feel the tears start to come down his face. The "Please..." I hear her whimper and I go into full panic mode. "Calm down, okay? Deep breaths. Don't hang up. I'll be with you soon. Where are you?" I rush as I grab the car key sitting on the glass table. I run into the garage with my dad behind me. "What do you need?" Dad asks "A room. A big one." He runs back inside as I hear her voice again.
