Jaro is a witch who creates weapons of destruction for werewolf hunters. During one of her experiments she discovers that she could increase her powers with the blood of a pure bred wolf.
She tasks the hunters to do the dirty work for her and search for pure breeds. The last lineage of pure breeds is a pair of twins who live in the next town. She was going to have their blood one way or another.
In her quest to increase her powers she uncovers the past and the future she will attain if she makes the right choice.
