Flight

Adira DeFeo is 16 and lives with her mother and sister on Thief Lake in northern Minnesota. Her father died serving in Iraq when she was young, so she doesn't know much about him. She has two very good friends, Lea and Rhys that she goes to school with. There have been multiple murders near where she lives; she never thought she would get wrapped up in anything with the police, but here she is, sneaking around and evading discovery in order to find the truth. What she finds, however, is nothing like anything she ever suspected...
