why?

let me explain the situation guys.
so, shoto is a boy, with a fit feminie body, unresistable to touch. (he likes oversized clothes).
he gets bullied at school for alot of things, like his size, his favourite things, and also people just think hes a rich spoiled brat, that wants everyones attention. but in reality hes just a broken boy, carrying a broken heart. he is struggling with his fathers harsh abuse.
the boy had shining heterochromiatic eyes that glows when the sun hits his face. pretty feminie body under all those clothes, tan skin with a bunch of bruises and scars. and his hair, it was extra pretty. half white half red. it always bought everyones attention, cause people would think it was strange. but in reality, they think its pretty, theyre just lost in their minds.
