It's 1983 and Steve and Eddie were at the beach smoking having fun listening to music. Then they go to the water and start splashing each other but then Eddie sees a hurricane coming towards them trying to pull Steve out of the water then the hurricane reaches them while Eddie is still trying to pull Steve out then it takes them away them passing out from the fear then it drops them in 86 in a new place where there's people dancing and singing next to them.

He lives with his uncle Wayne and doesn't go out much except for Hellfire and Corroded Coffin. Steve Is working at family video with Robin, he's unlabelled and pronouns are He/Him. He works a lot and hangs out with Dustin and the kids, and occasionally Nancy. Both Steve and Eddie find themselves going to the pep rally at Hawkins high and Dustin introduces them, while Steve is a little jealous of Eddie for being friends with Dustin he doesn't completely hate him, however Eddie, starts to develop a crush fairly quickly but is certain Steve is straight and uninterested It's kinda slow burn kinda not?
