In a universe where time travel is a dangerous pastime, Barry Allen and Sara Lance, the speedster who changed time and the captain whose team broke time, find themselves forming an unlikely partnership in the aftermath of their fights against the Thinker and Mallus. Whether Team Flash assists the Legends with anachronisms or the Legends back up Team Flash against metahumans, the Flash and the White Canary are friends and companions rarely seen in battle without one watching the other's back.

But time travelers know things can change in the blink of an eye, and the sudden arrival of a girl claiming to be Barry's daughter turns everything upside down for two friends swimming into uncharted waters. While fugitives roam the timeline and Cicada declares war on metahumans in Central City, Barry and Sara may find that their most difficult battles are waged in their hearts, for the appearance of Nora brings one question to mind: is the future truly set?
