It wasn't by mistake, or by some god, or by something as ever changing as this so called 'destiny' we all have, but ever since a young age a girl and a boy of different worlds have been connected. Every night, instead of dreams, they go to each other. Not by choice but forcibly. In that 'dream', if you could call it that, they fight until there is a victor, the winner gets to live another day, while the looser is forced to watch and experience what the other person does while there own world is put on a sort of 'pause' state. If they chose not to fight and try to stay in the 'dream' world, though, after a certain amount of time, the victor would be chosen randomly.
