She had pushed herself past her breaking point, and still continued on as if nothing was wrong. The demigod knew if she allowed herself time to take even a moment, her soul would physically crack in two. Now was not the time for weakness, if anything, she had to be stronger. She knew the other girls would mumble about her, but Icaria wouldn't listen to them. She refused to watch someone she loved fall at the hands of Thanatos again. If need be, she would offer herself to him in place. Yet, there was someone who noticed the young girl breaking apart. She could see the bags grow darker, and watched as Icaria began to eat less and less. It was the same someone who had saved Icaria all those years ago. And the goddess refused to watch that someone suffer any longer. The goddess, Artemis, stepped out of her tent in the early morning light. All of her girls were getting rest, taking the opportunity to relax with the very few days of peace they had left. All except one. In the distance, the goddess could hear the distinct sound of metal striking against wood. She took quiet steps, and watched Icaria Kane from a distance. The girl breathed heavily, her body slumped from exhaustion. "Icaria?" Artemis asked, stepping through the early morning fog. "Why do you cry?" The demigods body tightened, urging the tears to stop falling. She turned her body away from her goddess, clutching Hearth in her hands.

But it can be worse, and Percy's about to find out what it's like to lose it all. When he was trapped in Tartarus with Annabeth his dark half was brought out to survive. But Annabeth never showed hers. Until now... After the dust settles, Annabeth is left with severe P.T.S.D just like Percy. But theirs something else the matter with her. Maybe it had to do with the new Demi-god Atticus? A escapee from the Doors of Death and a son of Hades. Atticus is always doing something else but actual camp activities. Percy is the only one who seems to be able to see this. And Percy is determined to find out what he is doing. Maybe it had something to do with the Ghost also running around? But maybe it's just Percy being insane right? Maybe...But at the same time Percy is getting ready to enter a new stage of relationship with Annabeth. If she would talk to him again. It all seems to be a long episode of up and downs in Percy's life that he can't explain. But soon he'll learn...And the knowledge with cost him...
