Mermaids are unheard of on the coast of San Diego, as they are everywhere in the world. But chance (or is it fate?) leads Roman to encounter an ill-tempered merman with an incredibly uncharismatic attitude.
Little does he know, his roommate, Patton, and twin, Remus, have finned friends of their own. Meanwhile, beneath the ocean's surface, Virgil, Logan and Janus scramble to conceal their respective relations, each believing that they're the only mer to ever befriend a human.
Suddenly, all six of them are thrust into a hilarious whirlpool of terrible excuses, half-baked lies, and suspicious alibis. It won't be as easy as letting a mermaid splash around in your bathtub, but it'll sure as hell be funny...
